I just completed a stereo install on the 99 Subaru Forester. The wire colors that you are showing on your diagram has a few problems with it. They are as follows:

Constant 12V should be Blue/Red, not Blue / YELLOW
Switched 12V should be YELLOW /GREEN, not Yellow/Red
Illumination should be Violet, not Green
Left Front (-) should be Green, not GREEN/ Black
Left Rear (-) should be RED / Black, not RED / Green
Right Rear (+) Blue / YELLOW, not Blue/Green
Right Rear (-) RED / White, not Red

All the others matched up. Just trying to help. Thanks
