My question is not vehicle specific. I'm installing a Viper 5701 alarm & remote starter in my 2012 Honda CRV. The Quick Reference Install Guide lists out the purposes of the wires on the Heavy Gauge Relay Satellite harness as

H/1 - PURPLE Starter output to starter
H/2 - GREEN Starter input from ignition
H/3 - RED (+) 30A High current 12v input
H/4 - ORANGE Output to accessory circuit
H/5 - RED (+) 30A High current 12v input
H/6 - PINK Output to primary ignition circuit
H/7 - RED / WHITE (+) 30A High current 12v input
H/8 - PINK/WHITE Output to 2nd ignition

So, why are there 3 different 30A High current inputs? Do I have to use them all? Do I tie them all into the same constant 12v wire from the ignition harness? Why are 2 RED and one RED / WHITE?

Please help so I can get this vehicle back together before Monday!

Yes for the listed vehicle you would need all three connected to a 12 volt constant source.
RED / White is the 12 input for Ignition 2 circuit

Red is the 12 volt input for Ignition 1

RED / Black is the 12 volt input for the Accessory/Starter

These three are inputs for the outputs for the Pink, Pink/White, Orange, and Violet wires

Thank you! That is what I assumed but wasn't sure.

There is no RED / BLACK, just two solid REDs, so other than pairing them with the outputs they are adjacent to, there is no differentiating them.

What do I lose if I connect both of my car's accessory 1 and accessory 2 wires to a single output? Is there any reason to not do this? I realize this could sound like a dumb question but I really do want to know the answer.

It is best to keep those two circuits isolated, just like the Honda design team wanted. Not sure of the exact combined load of those two
Accessory circuits, but it might exceed the Vipers Orange ACC1 output.

The Viper has a Pink/White Flex relay output that can be programmed to Accessory. Use that wire to power the cars ACC2 wire.
