Does anyone know where can I locate the fuel wire for a 2011 chevy cruze? or if you have the data sheet from directed?

By the way, I need it to cut the fuel as a security option thru a GPS/GRPS module.

Don't even think about the fuel wire it's unsafe and will lose you your insurance, think if a joint comes apart at speed.
Cut the starter that's accepted practice.
Yellow or Black/red, under hood fuse box (should be in front of it).
