What are you trying to do? Do they have tweeters on your dash?

changing out factory radio to after market and got a after market harness but the radio maintains power with out key in ignition trying to trouble shoot. it and no there are no tweeters

Did you connect both the red and yellow wires of the radio to the yellow wire of the aftermarket harness?
There should be a red wire with a white stripe in the trucks wiring that is switched power. If it is not, you have a blown fuse.

if the fuse is blown will that keep power to the red wire? I hooked the yellow wires to the pink ones from the truck the red to the red

The red wire has9 volts to it when key is off 12 when it is on Boss says red should be zero when key is off.

Disconnect the red wire of the radio and check the voltage on the car end without the radio connected.

yes the power port turns off with key but if you tag the red wire to ground with volt meter it still shows 9 volts

If either of the accessory wires in the ignition harness shows 9 volts with the key off, I'd replace the ignition switch:
