I'm trying to add rca converter to my car to add subs, but I need the color wires for the rear side door speakers

Left Rear Speaker (+/-)      green - green/black      +,-      radio, green 16 pin plug, pins 3 - 11 or brown 20 pin plug, pins 13 - 14           
Right Rear Speaker (+/-)      white - blue/black      +,-      radio, green 16 pin plug, pins 4 - 12 or brown 20 pin plug, pins 11 - 12

Hello - I must be missing something here. I am trying to do the same thing but my colors do not match what is listed here.

Here is a pic of my wiring harness. Can anyone clarify for me? Am I looking at the wrong harness? This one connects to the dash stereo/head unit. posted_image

That is not your amplifier. Amplifier is in the trunk on the passenger side. Up against the back of the seat.

Is there a separate amplifier even if it is the basic stereo model? I guess it would make sense that yes there is since nothing is large enough to have an amp on the inside (stereo and the harness that I show in the pic).
