I am getting confused with this (*5 These wires must be relay isolated from the headlight switch to keep the headlights from flashing with the parking lights) there are 2 wires that work the parking lights and I don't undersand how to get this to work correctly.

33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!

A diagram is not what I need, i have several. it is understanding the positive output that says I need to isolate the 2 wires of the output at the switch.

The posted diagram does the isolating for you by using a separate relay for each of the two parking light wires.

not sure how but just got it open, not sure why i could not see that relay diagram with all the other diagrams unless i looked it up wrong. thanks for your help
