I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner and I want to install the Viper DS4VB DS4+ Remote Start System. I would like to know if anyone out there has Installed this remote start system on this make and model. And can anybody supply and installation diagram and where I have to make the electrical connections for this make and model vehicle. Would the OEM remote be able to remote start? Thank you

installed 100 or so ds4+. No on the 3x lock to remote start it, viper key fob only. You do have to flash the ds4 to the car that can only be done through the viper website or direct link app for the phone, both half to have a subscription. Good free site to look up wiring is bulldogsecurity.com or more reliable is firstechdata.com . Programming the remote the unit is a pita, im not a fan of ds4, or viper really

33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!
