I got the Harness already but notthing comes up after following the color coding instruction but the radio comes on

The aftermarket radio comes on each time if i plug it directly and the speakers work too but turn off when I turn on the car ignition

According to Directechs there is no switched power wire in that harness. You will have to find a switched source to connect to the Radio's red wire.
Radio 12V red/black + radio, black 16 pin plug, pin A4 or 15
Radio Ground brown - radio, black 16 pin plug, pin A8 or 12
Radio Ignition (CAN bus - w/preinstall radio); blk/yel (prewire) + radio, black 16 pin plug, pin A7
Radio Illumination (CAN bus - w/preinstall radio); gry/blu (prewire) + radio, black 16 pin plug, pin A6
Power Antenna yellow/black + radio, black 16 pin plug, pin A5 or 13
Left Front Speaker (+/-) brown/violet - brown/dk. green +,- radio, black 16 pin plug, pins B5 - B6 or 3 - 7
Right Front Speaker (+/-) brown/orange - brown/dk. blue +,- radio, black 16 pin plug, pins B3 - B4 or 2 - 6
Left Rear Speaker (+/-) brown/red - brown/white +,- radio, black 16 pin plug, pins B7 - B8 or 4 - 8
Right Rear Speaker (+/-) brown/pink - brown/gray +,- radio, black 16 pin plug, pins B1 - B2 or 1 - 5

Thank you for the info. I am really an amateur, this is my first time of doing this. Is there a way this connection can be simplified for me plus do you have any idea how I can find a switch source and also there are two brown cables in that wiring which one exactly is for the ground, also I have a back up camera I am trying to hook up any idea which one I am supposed to use for my camera line. Thank you once again.
