Hi can someone help me with a 2016 nissan sentra s stereo diagram, I cant find the color codes anywhere. Im trying to set up a rca adapter for aftermarket speakers and a amplifier

Do you have to insert a key into the key cylinder and turn it to start the vehicle?

Radio Ignition blue + radio, white 20 pin plug, pin 7
Left Front Speaker (+/-) blue - pink +,- radio, white 20 pin plug, pins 2 - 3 Notes
Right Front Speaker (+/-) green - red +,- radio, white 20 pin plug, pins 11 - 12 Notes
Left Rear Speaker (+/-) lt. green - lt. blue or lt. green - violet +,- radio, white 20 pin plug, pins 4 - 5 Notes
Right Rear Speaker (+/-) brown - yellow +,- radio, white 20 pin plug, pins 13 - 14

Would anyone happen to have the stereo wiring diagram for a 2016 Nissan sentra? No nav, push button start SV model. Previous owner cut the factory harness. I am trying to install an aftermarket stereo

Should be same as listed above. Did you check to see if you had the same colors?

It does but i have an extra yellow,also a black, a violet and a gray unaccounted for. I found the 12v yellow and ground new stereo to chassis but can't seem to get the radio on. Ive tried connecting the switch wire to different colors still nothing. Thanks in advance.
Ps. Previous owner said it used to only turn on when headlights are on. Trying to get everything wired the correct way.

Radio 12V Yellow + Radio, white 20 pin plug, pin 19
Radio Ground Black - Radio, white 20 pin plug, pin 20
Radio Ignition Blue + Radio, white 20 pin plug, pin 7
Radio Illumination Violet (parking lights); Gray (dimmer, w/o navigation) +,- Radio, white 20 pin plug, pins 9, 8
I have yet to see a Nissan with a ground wire. They all ground through the chassis of the radio. If there is a black wire in the harness, do not assume it is a ground. Ground your radio to the framework behind the radio.
