1993 Jeep Wrangler 4 cyl 4 speed 4 WD. This is a new vehicle to me and previous owner is of no help. I'm having problems with dash pannel. I lost all gages and it worked OK for a few days, but now it won't even start. It now appears to be a bad fuel pump. I have checked the fuse pannel and no blown fuses.
Are there fusable links in this?
Are the dash wires and the fuel pump all connected somehow so that it would prevent starting?
A complete wiring diagram would be of great help.
Does anyone have one who can advise me?

I don't think the fuel pump is connected to any of the dash wiring; make sure you continuity check all the fuses and not just do a visual inspection.  There are wires in the dash that are involved in starting the vehicle, however, so you'll want to use the diagram and a Digital Multimeter and check all your wires to make sure they're getting voltage.
