i have a 2002 chevy avalanche north face and my 4x4 does not work.. i think i found the problem but the part does not have a number that i can look up.. i have added some pics that hopefully it can help... i need the black part with the 3 legs.if more pics are needed i can add thanks.. posted_image posted_image posted_image

There is a number on both transistors. Take a more in focus picture of the one in the right of the last picture. If you have a tube of heat sink compound, put a drop on your finger and rub it on the transistor on the left side of the picture. Rub most of it off and you will be able to see the number on it.

I did that and google came up with nothing... I even brought the part to a electronics store and he said that he is sure he has the part but the numbers dont come up with anything.. he also said that it could maybe a in house part that Chevy made or something 🤷‍♂️..
