Hey folks,
Looking for the most recent firmware for Firstech's Compustar Programmer FT-OP500. For end-users unable to register with the authorized reseller site this would be a big help. Otherwise, there's no way to update the programmer.

they currently have it locked behind firstech dealer login and have a dedicated program for it now so you dont have to use the old device manager method i can try to send the files but dont know if it will work

I'd give it a try. It's pretty disappointing to have a device that kinda-sorta works, but not to its potential.

what is your preferred method to receive files? being that one is an EXE installer and the other in an ENC file idk if I can just upload them here (new to the forums side of this site)

Very disappointed in Compustar/Firstech putting this behind an effective paywall. If you own the kit, you should have access to the firmware.
