im putting a remote start in and it turns over but wont catch...is there an anit theft? there is no chip in the key...i am stumped!

Yes, the car has a Passlock I system in it. Use the HPBK2 or the IPPME for bypassing the system.

Notes:
NOTE:  This vehicle has the passlock immobilizer system. Use DEI part number 555t or 555L when adding a remote starter system.  *1 The V6 tach is PURPLE / white at the coil pack on the top rear of the motor.  The 4 cylinder tach wire is white in a 16 pin plug on the top right side of the motor.  *2  You must diode isolate these wires.
