Good evening

Id like to install a compustar remote starter in my daughter’s 08 Lincoln mkx. Just looking to do a simple wiring install. Nothing fancy. Just basic features.

Her oem key fob has an unlock/lock/panic button and rear hatch buttons on it.

I tried searching for a diagram with no luck. Thank you for your time.

Really, if you go with a Compustar that uses a Blade cartridge to simplify your install there won't be much wiring (especially if you use a t-harness). I do see it won't perform RAP shutdown though: https://www.idatalink.com/search/search?vehicle_make_id=25&vehicle_year_id=2008&vehicle_model_id=637&vehicle_id=5302

You would either want to program an output to pulse the driver's door pin to handle RAP shutdown or use a different interface than Blade.
