I'm trying to install a remote start in my 95 talon (turbo) and can't seem to find a good wire for the tach sensor. I need something that reads 1-6 volts when running...I've been trying different wires, and it seemed to learn the tach signal from one of them, but the car shuts off after a couple of seconds. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

TACHOMETER|white               |   |instument cluster or PCM *4

*4 The PCM is located on the drivers side of the engine compartment or behind the center of the dash depending on motor.

I usually take the instument cluster out and get the wire there.
