I believe it is the standard radio with CD player contained in a small stand alone slot just below the head unit.

I checked the database and did a search without any luck.

The radio wireing is here for the truck: https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/detail.asp?info=alarm&year=1998&make=GMC&model=C/K%20Pickup&ID=17896&type=Stereo and the remote CD player has a black plug with a red wire lock on it. There may be 3 wires or 6 depending on the CD player. If it has three wires, they are :

DARK GREEN
LIGHT GREEN
TAN

Their functions are unknown to me.
