Notes:
NOTE: This vehicle has an immobilizer system that needs to be bypassed when adding remote start. Use DEI part number 555U. *1 These are the driver door key cylinder wires. Meter the wires while turning the key in the driver door. Single pulse on the unlock wire will disarm the alarm without unlocking the doors. Unlock requires a double pulse. *2 The BCM (Body Control Module) is in the driver kick panel. *3 The IPDM E/R (Intelligent Power Distribution Module Engine Room) is between the passenger fender and the battery. *4 The driver door trigger is white in pin 14, the front passenger door is pink in pin 10, and the rear door trigger (on vehicles without navigation) is pink in pin 11. On vehicles with navigation system the rear door trigger wire does not go to the BCM, instead use 2 separate pink wires in the driver kick panel in the harness that runs to the rear. Use all wires and diode isolate each. *5 Extended triggers on the power door lock wires will roll the windows up and down. *6 The amplifier is under the rear deck.
