delta pro 5005 lcd transmittor problem

I had completed install the delta pro 5005 and everything worked perfect until I replaced the battery on 2 ways LCD FM transmittor.  the 2 way LCD transmittor range no longer the same. I am still able received warning from far away distance but in order to disarm/arm I have to go closer to the vehicle(within 5 feets or less, but weir thing is the trunk release button work as normal in long range). however, the 1 way transmittor still as normal, but the range is not far as before.  does every have the same problem. I have tried reset and re-programmed many time but does nothing.
