There are 4 capped wires coming out of the wiring harness next to the brake master cylinder tagged "customer access refer to outlet book" (1-red, 1-blue, 1-white, 1-yellow). Are these already connected to a fuse block terminal in the cab, and just need power to them? or are they already powered and need to be brought into the cab? I am installing a dvd and xm-radio systems and need permanent and accessory power inside, and I would like to find the answers to this question before I purchase accessory fuse terminals and installl new fused wiring from the battery. Thanks in advance for any  responses. SJP.

They are not connected to anything. They are capped at each end. FORD supplied these wires so that the owner did not have to run wires thru the firewall themselves.
