I have a Kenwood KDC-215S. It has the harness which has all speaker wires . It also has 2 RCA labeled rear left and right.

Which do I use to hook up my speakers?   

 I also have two amps.

you can do either.  the rca's most likely are for the rear channel only.  you can run those to the big amp for your sub (if you have em) and then run the high level (regular speaker wire) to the other amp for your components.
