Is there a seperate factory amplifier in this Ford Application, or is the amplifier on this pickup built into the Radio itself. I have installed a new aftermarket stereo, and am having problems with one of the rear speakers, and the installer is blaming this on the factory amplifier. If there is a secondary factory amp, can you please tell me where that might be located. Thank you.

if you are running into a factory amp. none of the speakers will work unless you provide power to the turn on circuit in the harness.posted_image

I'm asking - is there a factory amp besides in the radio unit in this vehicle?

There is an amp. in some F-150s but not all, it was an option, most models didn't have an amp.
