I need a wiring diagram for a bmw 5 series. This is for a equalizer so i need only stero components. For the 99 grand am i need a complete wiring diagram for a alram system.

I would ask why would you need/want to install an equalizer into a 5 series. The vehicle has an factory amplifier that already crosses over the speaker outputs, depending on year which we would need to know for the stereo wiring.

The guy i am putting the equalizer in for wants to be able to controll the settings precisely. That is why he wants an equalizer. The BMW is a 1998, 528i

Tell him that it isn't possible, or worth it, unless he replaces the factory radio and amplifiers. Also is it the factory deck or aftermarket equiptment? Are you trying to tie the eq into the factory wiring between the factory deck and factory amplifier, if so tell him no?
