Thanks guys!

Awesome, thank you!

I built a diode bridge with 3 amp diodes (I used two in parallel to make 6 amps) for a total of 4 diodes. However, it didn't work for some reason. My parking lights used to flash only on the left hand side. Now they don't flash at all. I'll look into it in the morning I suppose.

Thanks for the info guys.

- Roger

No problem. Putting a 3 amp diode in parallel does not make a 6 amp diode. You would need two 6 amp diodes.

Well, how important is it that I use a 6 amp diode? Would 3 work?

I just did a beamer the other day, a 535i or something like that. I used 2 6 amp diodes from radio shack cost-$2.00. You want to be safe than sorry.posted_image
