Josh you are posting in entirely the wrong forum. This one is for getting info on vehicles.  You should at least post it in the general forum. However you would get better help at a car forum. I will give you a link. Just water in your converter I would think would evaporate quickly. It gets very hot in a converter. Unless you have a hole in it water would have to run in from the tailpipe. It sounds more likely you have water in your distributor cap. If so when it dries you should see an improvement. If you havent done a tune up in awhile I would suggest that. Distributor cap and rotor, plugs and wires.   You could pull your cap off and inspect it. I dont know how much you know about cars so if you pull the cap either leave the wires connected or mark them if you must because they need to stay in order.  If you already knew that then well..... cool.   Whenever posting it helps to give all the info you can.   Year make and model of your vehicle and engine size would be a good way to start. Try posting your questions at the link Im giving you in the proper forum. If you have any questions for me just ask.   Good luck
