I am trying to locate the door motor unlock and motor lock wires under the driver kick panel of my 2004 Ram 2500. The wire colors changed starting this year. I probed the wires and figured that the lime green wire is the motor lock. Now I need the motor unlock color. Probing didn't help. Thanks.

On the 2004 Ram 1500, Lock is lt.green (your "lime green") and Unlock is tan/lt.green. It's likely the same in the 2500.
