I am going to be installing a remote start in a 99 cherokee, I have done several late model GM vehicles and know all about disabling the PASS & VATS systems,  I was just wondering, does the 99 cherokee have any of that to deal with, and if anyone knows, how bout a 98 Saturn, I just want to know what I have to deal with before I do the instal.

if you have a grey key, you have a "chip" in your key. you will need a 555c or 556u to bypass this. other than that not much. make sure you use relays on your locks.
