I am looking for the vss wire on a 1991 chevy truck full size.  If someone could help that would be great.

You can find it at the PCM behind and to the right of the glove box. It should be a dark brown wire in cavity A10 if my memory is any good. It is in the smaller of the two plugs.   It is 4000 PPM.
