I have a 2000 trooper with the "premium" sound systems which consists of two tweeters in the sail panels and mid woofs in the doors.  I am installing a component system and need to know where the tweeter speaker wires are "branched" off from the head unit.  The best I can tell is they run in parallel and a small cap @ the tweeter rolls off low frequency.

Any ideas?

I have a 96 trooper with premium sound and this is what i have figured out-

The wires come from the head unit to a wiring harness in the molding on the floor on bothe the drivers and passenger sides- There is a crossover there and they are split up to the tweeters in the doors and down to the mids. If i were you i would either cut int the factory wiring- or call crutchfield- they have OEM to after market wiring harnesses so oyu dont have to cut factory wires if you dont want to.
