Hi, I have never installed on a diesel car or truck before. I know there is a light that comes on that tells if its ok to start the car. THe alarm i am installing, i installed before and i dont see any delays or anything like that on it. i dont see anything about diesel on it. Do you guys think i can still install it? any help would be good.

If the system doesn't have a glow plug input (-) or (+) then you can not use this starter unit. The unit has to wait for the light to go out prior to starting otherwise the vehicle will not start until the glow plugs warm up.
