With our remote starters we have a door lock interface that taps into a purple wire off the diagnostics plug and controls all lock, unlock, arm , disarm and horn confirmation functions... REAL SWEET to get $30 labor for 5 mins of work try looking into certain bypasses man... I believe that truck you'd have to go into the doors with extra "non needed" relays and stuff... dunno never done one any other way?

I agree. I wouldn't waste the time trying to get the locks without a module. Good luck,

Mike

The way I understand it on that vehicle is that YOU CANT get the locks anyother way besides the interface module. You might be able to go strait to the door lock actuators and tap in tha way but it will require going into each door and using a total of eight relays. Definatly not worth it, just track down the data interface module and save yourself from pulling out your hair.
