  i am trying to wire a remote start / alarm . i cannot see where to land the pos door trigger wire. also i have to ad a 30 a starter kill relay is this suppose to be a norm open or a norm closed one? anyone have the wiring diagram for this vehicle? i have the neg door trigger to the purple wire in the kick panel by the drivers door.

There is no postive trigger door trigger, just leave this wire disconnected. Starter kill depends on the alarm, most are NC.
2000 Gmc Savanna
12volts red or RED / white    +   ignition harness
Starter yellow    +   ignition harness
Ignition pink    +   ignition harness
Second Ignition pink/white or white    +   ignition harness
Accessory orange    +   ignition harness
Power Lock lt. blue    +   drivers door harness
Power Unlock white    +   drivers door harness
Lock Motor gray      drivers kick panel
Unlock Motor tan      drivers kick panel
Parking Lights+ brown      light switch
Door Trigger purple    -   drivers door harness
Trunk/Hatch Pin ORANGE / black    -   at light in rear cargo area
Tachometer white      VCM
Notes: The VCM is located under the hood on the drivers inner fender well. The white wire is located in a black plug labeled *white*.
Brake Wire white    +   stop light switch
Horn Trigger black    -   above ignition harness
