I did a search, couldnt find anything.  I looked at the wiring diagram, seems easy enough.  One of my fellow workers has done this car before and was saying that the door unlock DOES NOT disarm the factory alarm and you HAVE to find the disarm wire in the car.  He wont tell me as he is wanting me to find it myself.  I cant find it anywhere and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.

I would check the RED / Black wire at the driver kick panel.

the RED / black wire sounds right at the 16-18 pin white connector at drivers kick panel
