I need the diagram for the BCM wakeup for a 2004 Explorer without factory alarm.

It says to pulse a keypad on the door for explorers w/ factory alarm but,  this one doesnt have it.

I got some info that says to + pulse ignition adn pulse CUT 2 , not knowing wtf CUT 2 is I dont know what to pulse.

DEI Direct fax 1094 is what I need but cant get it anymore.

Thanks for the help James

For the fords your looking for a yellow/black or BLACK / YELLOW wire that will be coming in from the drivers door boot. There are two different ways to bypass this system depending on the vehicle.

Normally you have to pulse a ground to this wire (split off your unlock wire with 2 diodes) hit the pink/light green with one and the BLACK / YELLOW with the other.

The other way, (doc 1094) is for wires that rest at ground and need to see an open when unlocking. In that case you would split your unlock wire from the module and run one to the pink/light green wire (with a diode inline) and the other one to activate a relay which will open the BLACK / YELLOW wire.

Also this is rare but I've seen cases where the vehicle doesn't have a factory alarm, but the wire you need to pulse is the standard GREEN/ violet OEM disarm wires ford uses. I've only had 1 case where the wire wasn't coming through the door boot and I had to pull the door panel off and find the wire.

I've posted this before too sometimes you can get lucky and just program the vehicle to override this. Read the owners manual and look for a trim switch disable feature and see if it's tell how to turn it off..

Thanks alot Mike Ive done tons of these cars jsut never without a factory alarm. There was the disarm wire in the wires coming from the door Ill just try to pulse that and see what happens.

Im sure the b/y or y/b will work so Ill definitally give that one a shot later.

Thanks for the info again.
