Where can I find a wiring diagram for a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup. My boyfriend is installing a brake controller for a trailor.

under the dash, to the left of the brake pedal up high, should be the factory connector for the trailer brake connection. it's a four pin connector about two inches wide, could be white or blue? there maybe a mating connector stashed in the vehicle somewhere...glovebox, jack storage area, etc. it has everything you need, just plugs in. hope this helps

Yes, the truck should have come with a coupler kit in the Owner's Manual packet. The socket is indeed 4 pins and blue, and it's taped up and behind the junction box to the left of the steering column.
Oops, I forgot to ask what I came in for....
I have a 2005 Dodge Ram QC Diesel. I could not locate any wire diagrams for the factory radio with navigation (RB1 - The one that only has pointer arrows and no mapping display). Anyway it seems to be hooked to an IP BUS of some sort and missing most of the speaker wires going to the car...
If I can use my existing (out of the truck) Pioneer Navigation AV system (AVIC-505/ AVM-7000/ AVX-CD7000/ XDV-9), I'd like to take the factory one out. Can anyone help???
I have purchased the wire harness adapter kit and the sockets fits fine but again, there's no wires on the truck side that corresponds to the speakers and other minor system controls. I suppose I can re-wire the entire radio system from the ignition +, B+ and Ground(-) and to all the speakers as the aftermarket AV is self contained but will the BCM freak out if it's missing the IP-BUS signals?
BTW: If I can get this job done successfully, I'd be willing part with the factory navigation audio head unit for cheap...
