I have a 01 Acura CL type-s /w factory navigation. I'm doing a video conversion on the OEM (alpine) Navigation unit.

I'd really prefer to not bastardize (cut) my stock wiring harness (warranty issues). Can anyone point me in the right direction to find OEM connectors for (alpine) OEM Navigation unit in my trunk?

I've called one of the Alpine parts plcaes, they are ready and willing to help. But they need a model number. (I gave them the P/N found on the Alpine sticker on the back of the unit, that did no good) So I called Acura (manufacturer, not dealer), and they gave me a part number said they wouldn't know what the model number is for Alpine... I'm kinda stuck in a loop here... (I'm going to check the PCB tonight for a model number, I don't recall seeing one)

Does anyone know where these aftermarket companies buy their connectors?

I was looking both the plug and receptical for the 20, 12, and 8 pin connectorso the unit in my trunk.

Driving me nuts they are so hard to obtain... (Or I'm not looking in the right place)

Man, I don't know if it's because it's Monday. But not one person on the phone wanted to do more than tell me to call someone else... UGH...

thanks for any help you can offer!!
