DIRECTWIRE™ WIRING INFORMATION - MERCEDES BENZ / CLK CLASS / 2002 / Remote Start
12volts red (x3) + ignition harness
Starter purple (not for remote start) + starter relay or motor
Second Starter N/A
Ignition pink/red + ignition harness
Second Ignition pink / YELLOW + ignition harness
Third Ignition BLACK/ green + ignition harness
Accessory N/A
Second Accessory N/A
Keysense N/A
Power Lock WHITE/ green - PSE control mod, 16 pin plug, pin 6
Notes: Meter this wire while using the door lock switch on the dash.
Lock is a straight negative trigger. Unlock is negative trigger thru a resistor. The resistor value is not known at this time.
The PSE (Pneumatic System Equipment) control module is in the passenger side of the trunk.
Can also use the factory alarm arm/disarm wires.
Power Unlock same as power lock wire
Lock Motor vacuum
Unlock Motor vacuum
Parking Lights+ gray/black (L), gray/red (R) + illumination control module
Notes: The illumination control module is part of the headlight switch.
Parking Lights- N/A
Hazards BLACK/ purple or yellow/pink - hazard switch
Turn Signal(L) BLACK/ white + kick panel, harness to rear
Turn Signal(R) BLACK/ green + kick panel, harness to rear
Reverse Light gray / YELLOW or yellow/white + illumination control module
Notes: The illumination control module is part of the headlight switch.
Door Trigger BROWN / gray (D), BROWN / blue (P) - PSE ctrl mod, 18 pin plg, pins14, 16
Notes: Use both wires and diode isolate each.
The PSE (Pneumatic System Equipment) control module is in the passenger side of the trunk.
Dome Supervision use door trigger wire
Trunk/Hatch Pin BROWN / yellow - PSE control mod, 18 pin plug, pin 13
Notes: The PSE (Pneumatic System Equipment) control module is in the passenger side of the trunk.
Hood Pin BROWN / red - PSE control mod, 16 pin plug, pin 5
Notes: The PSE (Pneumatic System Equipment) control module is in the passenger side of the trunk.
Trunk/Hatch Release yellow - PSE control mod, 18 pin plug, pin 5
Notes: Meter this wire while opening the trunk from the handle on the trunk.
The PSE (Pneumatic System Equipment) control module is in the passenger side of the trunk.
Power Sliding Door N/A
Factory Alarm Arm black - driver door module in door
Notes: Meter this wire while turning the key in the driver door key cylinder. This wire will also lock the doors.
Factory Alarm Disarm blue - driver door module in door
Notes: Meter this wire while turning the key in the driver door key cylinder. This wire will also unlock the doors.
Disarm No Unlock
Tachometer NOT BLACK/ green or BLACK/ yel ac any ignition coil
