Hey fellas:

Here is the skinny, I removed an old pioneer and 6 disc pioneer changer  form my car and moved it to my girlfriends new van. Anyway I hooked up everything the same way but when I try to get power to the changer it keeps popping fuses?  Is the ground not installed properly? should I be hooking it directly to it's own dedicated power supply? I currently have it spliced in with the 12 volt (yellow lead) of off the wiring harness. the deck works fine and everything else is great. Is it the ground or what??! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks guys!

Brian

Try just hooking up the power and ground directly to the battery and see if you blow a fuse. Post your results.
