I can't seem to find the tach wire for my 1500HD crew cab. I have tried all the wires behind the cluster and nothing registers on my aftermarket tach. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have heard it is the white wire behind the cluster and/or pin 10 on the ECM... any truth? Thanks guys.

Sorry, I forgot to add it is a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500HD.

get the signal for the fuel injectors....they all have two wires and one one of the wires is common, use the uncommon wire.
