I have an '06 Chevy Sierra with the new 'auto' parking light control. While directwire doesn't have a diagram for the '06 yet, the '05 info says that the (-) park light should be the GRAY/BLACK wire, which indeed does go from 12v to 0 when the switch is in the 'park lights' position.

However, my TRC ZR-45 doesn't flash the park lights on arm / disarm, even though the internal relay is set to (-) park, and the wire is connected correctly. (Leaving the switch in the 'Auto' position.)

I suppose I could try to find the (+) park wire, but I'd like to not have to pull the alarm to re-jumper it if possible.

Any thoughts?
-Scott

The only answer is change it to positive and use the brown wire in kick panel (or lots other places).

Hrmm.. if I remember correctly, the wires on the back of the block beside the kick panel are the wires I'd want.. there are two brown wires for park- one for left, one for right, correct? I'd assume if I want to have all four lights pop with arm / disarm, I'd need to put a couple of diodes inline and tap both of them, agreed?

Thanks,
-Scott
