any body know how to do the wiring from a chevy truck to a trailer

If you are really looking for help you need to give us some info. such as year/make/model of truck ! Vehicle wiring

changes from year to year so without this info you are beating a dead horse.

There are many plug and go kits available that actually plug into your trucks rear lights harness ( no splicing required ) , check your local auto parts store.

Trailer wiring is standardised ( if it was wired correctly ) and will be compatible with the  kit you end up with.

For details just ask the parts store guys and follow the package instructions.   Happy Trailering
