looking for diagram for stereo

I have ford radio FS2F-19B165-DA

It has a log flat plug & also a small square pin plug w/8 pins, Speakers?

I want to use another ford radio that works (flat plug goes in but no plate for din plug) except no sound, I figure I have to splice the wires into this seperate din plug?

I saw that but I have premium sound, the small cable is enclosed (shielded) to the amp, how do I know what colors they are ??

Sorry Skip, I don't really have much stereo wiring information. Maybe someone that does will come along.
