Hi.  I have a 2005 Mountaineer with the Audiophile system.  The HU has an "Aux" button that doesn't have any functionality.  Does anyone know if this headunit has an aux input, which i could use for iPod, portable nav system, etc.  just for audio?

Thanks in advance!

many new cars come with an aux input; I know 06 grand cherokees and many new checvys have a 3.5mm plug on the front of the radio for the aux input; most likely if you do not have this, you will need an input adaptor. Several companies make them. www.usaspec.com is one comapny; I know these are available at Circuit City, I think PAC makes one too. The USASpec one provides you with two sets of RCA inputs. They also make an iPod interface.
