Hello, I am buying a 2006 volvo xc90. Looking for a wire diagram to istall it. Also.. is there a cheaper place to get the ipod connector then the dealer. any help would be great thanks

Don't do it! xc90 has multiplex everywhere, the only model of Volvo that you won't void the warranty on is the 40 series. I have attempted r-start on these vehicles....run away.

There is no IPOD connector for this vehicle. There is no AUX-IN either.

You should be able to install remote start on this. There is a CAN-SL module to give easy access to most alarm functions via two connections to the OBD connector. The only other wires you'd need to hook into are +12v,Starter, and Ignition. Goto https://www.autoland.ca/byPassModule/selectShow_all.asp?comefrom=2

Then just the hassle of installing a transponder bypass and getting the antenna for it setup correctly.

I also just got an 06 and will be attempting this soon.
