I am putting a remote start in my Silverado but the engine cranks and dies immediately. I have both ignition wires and the accessory hooked up. Is there a anti-theft bypass I need to perform and how?

You can also use the Bulldogsecurity 791 unit..if the truck has a transponder in the key..u will need a programmed second key to place in the bypass module..all wiring info comes with module.

there is a system called Passlock 2 that is in your truck get a Trilogix GMDL-BP it will bypass the system while RS and give door locks and disarm the theft system there is no transponder in the key

you can get it fron bypasskit.com
