Need wiring info for Alarm, Cruise, and Stereo...plus anyone installing an Ipod2Car interface in this model Cadillac?

Tried the Ipod2car....it doesn't work....Thought it might be defective, so got a new one...still didn't work...tech support didin't know what could be causing it, tried all settings per them.
