99-03 Mitsu Galant has blown cigarette lighter fuse. I've already replaced the fuse in the fuse box, is there another in-line fuse that needs replacing??? The glow light on the lighter is out and the power plug I'm using is not defective. Thanks..!

Fuse number 7 at Fuse box 15amp fuse, it is listed as Multi Purpose fuse.

Is up to the installer to test all wires with a DMM whenever possible.

Thanks, I'll try fuse 7, but I think I already switched it. It's the one with the panel dedicated to the cig lighter, but I'll check again. Maybe I can take a pic of it for you and show you the deal.
