No problem, glad I could help. I am working on learning how I can copy and paste my information on a vehicle so I can give all the info at one time.  Sorry I had to type this out for you.  Good luck. Brian

Hi Brian, everything works great, except that I'm not getting the unlock button to work on the remote and also when I shut down the car, the doors don't unlock. Do you think this has to do with the programming, or do I have the wrong wire connected to the 'power unlock'? Thanks again.

Sounds like you might hav egot the wrong unlock wire.  Look really close at the wires they are somtimes so close its hard to distinguish.  The unlock with ignition usually needs to be programmed.  Look in your manual and see what the defualt setting is. (usually defined by a asterik)  Just go through the motions and program it up.  Then enjoy it, It will make the cold mornings so much easier.  Good luck.  Brian

both wires are found in the same place. Make suer that you test the wire for circuit verification before sending a current to a wire. Otherwise you can short something out that wasn't supposed to have a (-) pulse.

Thanks Jeff. I will check the wires out before I hook anything up again. I was so sure that I had the dark GREEN/ red, but will look again and test the wire first.   Thanks guys.

does this car have a factory alarm?..I had alot of trouble out of one of these cars before..I think it disarms with unlock, but if you set off the factory alarm it can olny be disarmed with the factory remote. Also, the manual valet mode is turned on by turning the key to on postion 3 times very quickly........Bailey
