I am installing a VR-3 Back up camera system in a 2002 Chevy Suburban. I need to know the color of and where to find the wires to the reverse lights. Also where is the best place under the dash to hookup the ingnition switch and the ground wires and their colors

The reverse wire is light green and can be found at the junction block mounted on the floorboard to the left of the brake pedal. Unscrew the plastic nut, and unclip the cover, you will find a plug towards the bottom with a wire harness that goes up to the headliner. There is a light green wire in this plug. You can ground the wire to the metal support braces under the steering wheel and tap power at the ignition harness, pink or orange

Doibuy, I tapped into the light green wire like you said and it works great. I also tapped into the pink wire coming from that same juction box for the ignition switched power do you know what that pink wire is for?
