if i remember right you have to take the top of the dash offm a 7mm or torx bit will take care of that, there's also 2 screws behind the glove box that you have to remove to get it off, then you have to take the black cluster off from around the cd plater/speedo area, then your good to  go.

pop off the fuse cover in the driver's door jam, and the same piece in passenger door, where you will find a 7mm screw under either cover.  Next open the glove box, and you will find three 7mm screw across the top, one on the left side under the vent then two on the right side under that vent.  You will also find two 7mm screws if you look to the left of the clip where the glove box latches there is an opening and there the two screws holding a silver bracket from the top of the dash.  Next if you look on the top of the dash there is a vent, with a phillips screw holding it on, remove the screw and pull up on the vent.  There you will find two more 7mm screws.  Now you can remove the entire top dash piece.  Be careful not to puncture the air bag with the metal bracket from the dash from before, as you remove it.  Now there will be Three more 7mm screws holding on the front dash piece, remove them and pull the dash piece forward, and you will now have access to the radio with three 7mm screws holding it in.  Depending on the radio, and dash kit you use, you may have to cut out the tab in the back of the radio opening.  Also you will have to run a wire to the ignition circuit, as there isn't one in the radio harness.  Just follow the directions in reverse to put it back together, and once again be extra cautious of the air bag.

Which harness are you using. If your using the one that retains the factory door chime, you won't need to run a new accessory  wire. However that harness runs for about 120 from scosche. More than likely your going to need to cut that braket out. Also be really careful when popping all the panels out so you don't knock out the odometer light. I haven't been able to figure out what exactly causes it to go out but i've had it happen at just about ever part of the installation.
