hi i have a 1999 civic and i would like to insatll a tach but i cant find the wiers can you help please

NOTE *3 THE TACH TEST CONNECTOR IS LOCATED IN A 2 PIN PLUG UNDER THE HOOD ON THE DRIVERS SIDE FIREWALL.

you can also find the blue wire behind the gauge cluster if you dont wanna run wires under the hood be sure to test it before hooking it up, but i would do what xcash said i have both my hondas tagged there.
